Dani is a corporate and transactional lawyer advising companies of all sizes in commercial and transactional matters. Prior to founding Fontanesi Law, Dani served as lead legal counsel for an Andreessen Horowitz backed technology company in San Francisco. Throughout her career, Dani has served as Associate General Counsel of a multibillion dollar, publicly traded, renewable energy company.  She also worked in the mergers and acquisitions team of an internationally reputed law firm. She received her Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis, where she was the recipient of the Scholar in Law Award.
